Please note that couple counselling rates will be increased on 1 February 2019 to $180 for business hours and $195 for after hours or weekends.
This is well below the recommended fee by the Australian Psychologist Society of $251.00. Payment can be made by Eftpos at the time of your visit. We do not accept payment later.
You may be able to claim health insurance if your policy covers you for psychology services. We are able to process your health insurance for you to save you time doing it later. You will only need to pay the gap. Unfortunately, we are not able to process HBF and you will need to contact HBF to claim your rebate.
If you have a mental health care plan from your GP, we are able to process your medicare claim for you. You will need to have the full amount in your bank account. Then the medicare rebate of $84.80 is paid into your savings or cheque account. Medicare will not pay rebates into a credit card.
Please note that Medicare does not cover couple counselling or EMDR.
